Ingenieurs Zonder Grenzen

Welcome at Engineers Without Borders Holland. We are a department of the Royal Dutch Institute of Engineers and member of Engineers Without Borders International.

Our goal is to promote, teach and implement sustainable technical solutions for developing countries which can be succesfully applied by small and midsized companies. By doing so we believe we help to enhance the quality of life of people and the development of countries. Our activities can be characterised as followed:

  • Informing: by organising lectures, workshops, debates, symposia and showcases of best practices
  • Networking: by connecting companies, initiatives and engineers working in the same field or country or with the same interest
  • Promoting: by stimulating engineers to entrepreneur in developing countries
  • Advising: by relaying technical questions from the field to our 300 member

We are always looking for new ideas and have use of extra hands, so if you are an engineer you can join our cause and become a member. If you are interested in our work you can follow us on Twitter (@EWB_Holland), Facebook (Engineers Without Borders) or subscribe to our newsletter. If you have a question or if you want to donate to our cause you can email the board.
